However, we understand that buying clothes online requires trust. If the fit isn't perfect or the style doesn't match your vibe, we’ve got you covered.

  • Zero Cost: Return shipping is 100% free. We pick it up from your doorstep.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags and packaging (including the box/bag) must be intact.

  • Note: We cannot accept returns on items that show visible signs of wear, sweat, or stains.

2. How to Initiate a Return

We have made it easy for you. Choose whichever method works best:

Option A: Website (Fastest)

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Account > Orders.

  2. Select the order you wish to return.

  3. Click the "Return" button and follow the simple prompts to schedule your pickup.

Option B: Email Support If you prefer a personal touch or have specific questions:

  1. Send a quick email to support@weareoddowl.com.

  2. Include your Order ID and let us know if you want a Return or an Exchange.

What Happens Next?

  • We Arrange Pickup: Our logistics partner will pick up the package from your delivery address within 24–48 hours.

  • Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, we will do a quick quality check (usually within 24 hours of receipt).

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Bank Transfer) within 24 hours. It typically takes 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@weareoddowl.com.

  • Exchanges: Need a different size? Let us know in your email. We will ship the new size immediately after the pickup of the original item is confirmed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every single Executive Polo before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will sort it out immediately.
